Through our programs (workshops, personalized programs, coaches training, Sports Challenge, and Middle School Clinic), we help individuals and teams develop leadership skills through social and emotional learning. Who we Work With We work with young people and the adults who serve them in schools, sports and community centers. We intentionally work with participants of different backgrounds, ensuring leadership skills are practiced among people with different life experiences and creating a community of leaders that exemplify the diversity needed in leadership roles. How We Do It Leadership is a journey, and we guide our participants every step of the way. Our programs are grounded in seven essential skills-Grit, Empathy, Communication, Self-Awareness, Culture, Motivation, and Energy. These aren’t just buzzwords; they’re the building blocks of resilience, growth, and meaningful connection.
