After three years of travel and varied work abroad, I returned to finance with a fresh focus on client service and operational delivery.At Vanguard — a global investment manager with $10T+ AUM — I’ve been responsible for end-to-end transfers and onboarding of assets across ISAs, JISAs, GIAs and SIPPs, making sure every case is accurate, FCA-compliant and on time. I also deliver multi-channel client support, resolving complex onboarding and transfer issues for both retail and senior pension clients — often in sensitive situations where calm, solutions-driven communication makes the difference for retention.The role has deepened my understanding of UK investment operations, strengthened my client-relationship skills and reinforced my commitment to disciplined, high-quality service. I’m now looking to build on this foundation — together with five years’ prior wealth-management experience — to progress within London’s financial sector, contributing to teams that prize trust, reliability and client-centred growth.
