When I was a young boy, probably three or so, I would walk around the house with my dad\'s lunch box declaring to all that would listen to me,\"I\'m a hard workin\' man!\". When I was in grade school, I would end my day sitting at the kitchen table with my Snoopy piggy bank, emptying it out and counting up my savings. I was destined to be a finance guy.In college, my plan was to get my degree in accounting. However, once I took that first Finance class, learning about the Time Value of Money, I was hooked. I wanted to take those magic formulas, place them into a model and predict the future!I\'ve had the pleasure of mastering my craft for my entire career. I started as a Financial Analyst in the tech industry with Lucent/Avaya and Accenture as well as Intrado where I learned the basics of revenue generation and forecasting as well as cost trending analysis. I quickly moved up the ranks with the organization at Intrado gaining more responsibilities while learning the ins and outs of the business across all segments. I had the pleasure of directly serving Intrado\'s President where I was assigned M&A Due Diligence and long term facility lease experience. I finished my time with Intrado directing the finances for the company\'s Technical Operations division and helped move the company through two ownership changes and converting back to a stand alone business.Finance has provided a daily dose of learning something new, kept me eager to wake up each day for work, provided me with access and influence with company leadership and most importantly given me the ability to provide for my family who are the reason I am who I am -\"I\'m a hard workin\' man!\"

   I partner with company leadership to lead annual planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment between strategy and financial goals.Each month and quarter, I prepare business review financials for leadership meetings, delivering clear insights into performance and key trends.Through detailed analysis of revenue and expenses against budget, I identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization to keep Gloo focused and moving forward.2025 Highlights:Led the deployment of Planful, enabling Gloo to consolidate general ledger activity from multiple independent ERPs to support SEC reporting. Played a key role in preparing Gloo’s S-1 filing, supporting the company’s successful public offering in November 2025.
