Responsible for the BIM process and Virtual Construction technology companywide.• Implementing cloud solutions to collect information from design models, submittals, and constructed elements to track assets and provide operations and maintenance data to owners.• Improving coordination and communication by building tracking tools that allow project and coordination teams to better collaborate by creating databases and reports that take a transparent look at the team members’ progress.• Exploration and implementation of the latest technology and tools to improve the construction process.• Implementation and creation of AI tracking tools for progress tracking and data acquisition. • Notable projects include -165-year-old Civil War era hospital that is the GSA’s Washington DC region’s most BIM integrated and advanced project. This will be the first 100% COBie compliant project in the region and the largest design build project of the region-The restoration and renovation of a 114-year-old public library for a hi-tech client. The library was the first non-segregated building in DC and will become a major focal point event center that required extensive use of technology to map and model existing conditions-The phased occupied renovation of 1 million sqft of the IMF headquarters with the model being used for facilities management-Montgomery College Student Services Center will be the college’s most BIM integrated project to date and will be their first building to use the model for facilities management-Reality capture of existing conditions for the Smithsonian Institutes National Museum of Natural History to improve the south entrance and Baird Theater-Renovations to the National Gallery of Art East building renovations-Smithsonian Zoological Park Bird House renovation with extensive BIM requirements for facility Management-Smithsonian Hirschhorn Museum of Modern Art Exterior Renovation, reality capture to preserve historic conditions.
