I was once quoted as saying “It’s all about the people and the merchandise” and subsequently teased about it for many years. But the fact is those are the two things that have driven me in my career. I thrive on celebrating team and co-worker’s successes, and consider myself a consummate team player. Outside of the digital space, I have taught employees many various skills within the housewares industry; ranging from how to sharpen knives, to how to help customers choose the right fabric for a sofa.
