Initially joined NHS England and Improvement as a Senior Adviser in a dual role, spending half my time helping to onboard people in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the other half working on communications and engagement for the resourcing team.After that, took on a role as Resourcing & Deployment Manager, where I was responsible for 11 Covid cells, including the vaccination programme.Now I am on secondment as a HR and OD Transformation Lead in the OD and Talent team. Prior to this, I spent 6 years at a specialist food and drink recruiter, working with some really great people to help solve our clients operational issues.I have experience in organisation development, talent, learning and development, communications and marketing, health and wellbeing and recruitment and talent attraction.After building our presence in operations and manufacturing, I was asked to set up an interim division which I achieved successfully.Following that, I took on a duel role as a consultant and leading our graduate programme, where I designed and led training and built a culture to give them the tools they needed to be successful.
