With over 23 years of experience, Thom has spent two-thirds of his career in large global consulting firms and one-third in industry, serving in leadership roles within internal audit professional practices at three large financial institutions.As a trusted advisor to Chief Audit Executives and Professional Practices Leaders, Thom has developed and implemented maturity models, audit frameworks, and benchmarking tools. He is frequently called upon to lead complex integration efforts, develop risk-based planning strategies, and support the design and execution of QAIP programs. Thom is a Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) and a passionate mentor, trainer, and speaker within the internal audit community, regularly delivering training to internal teams, clients, and at industry events sponsored by the IIA.
