Provide daily oversight of cash management, trade and supply chain finance, hedging, debt covenant compliance and internal controls. Description Of Duties And Responsibilities • Lead technology implementations; Including implementation of a treasury management system. • Coordinate establishment or revision of policies and procedures for all core treasury functions to ensure internal controls are effectively designed and maintained. • Develop expert knowledge of the Company’s debt covenants and borrowing base mechanics. Coordinate ongoing monitoring of Company’s debt covenant compliance process. • Support in the implementation and expansion of supply chain finance and other initiatives aimed at enhancing and reporting on the efficiency of the allocation of capital across the Company’s operations. • Oversight of treasury operations and cash management activities to ensure adequate capabilities to support the needs of the company • Oversight of commodity, currency and interest rate risk hedging activities including design, documentation, execution, and reporting. • Preparation of presentations to the Board, Rating Agencies, and lenders. • Collaborating with cross-functional partners on special projects and ad-hoc assignments
