I lead a global team of professionals, dedicated to implementing a comprehensive process philosophy and harmonizing core value-chain processes with SAP S/4HANA as the digital core.My role focuses on ensuring that technology initiatives are aligned with strategic business objectives. I develop and execute the divisional transformation roadmap, steering the organization through extensive change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer value. I oversee the rollout and continuous improvement of our core platform and satellite systems, establish and govern Key User communities, and prioritize effective change management and training to ensure long-term success beyond implementation.
