Aquila ATMS was set up specifically to deliver the £1.5bn Marshall contract to provide ATM at all UK Ministry of Defence operated airfields and flying ranges in the UK and overseas for a period of 22 years and is a Joint Venture (JV) owned by NATS and Thales. Headhunted initially to oversee the IT function but it became clear that my focus was required on the ERP Dynamics 365 project that had been recently started. Highlights so far: • Discovery mission to ascertain viability of SI • Restructuring of entire D365 delivery team to meet company expectations • Introduce and champion a business transformation approach • Lead the effort to find a new SI to deliver complex F&O requirements • Deliver a new IT and D365 budget
