The estate spans the whole of Scotland which requires model environments that replicates services for our users. The work I carry out within this role is as follows: Manage and sign off all designs to ensure they fit strategic goals. Identifying security risks and putting the appropriate controls in place to protect assets. Management of all major 3rd party suppliers, strategic partners and vendors to ensure they adhered to our core values, vision and requirements. Budget responsibility with a 1/3/5 year vision. Upskilling & mentoring staff on Cisco/F5 technologies
