Assay biology team leader, leading a team of proactive researchers for Amgen collaborative invitro drug discovery programs. • Responsible for planning and developing bioassays and delivering overall project requirements with clear understanding key requirements from client and efficiently executing agreed plans according to the Amgen TAT. • Leading the compound management group ensures the timely planning and deliverance of assay ready plates to stake holders as per the Amgen format. • Responsible for designing and miniaturizing Bioassays, in a cost effective HTS workflow and enabling screening for PROTACs & NCEs in cell based and cell free system in the areas of oncology, inflammation & cardiovascular diseases. core expertise: cell based assays.
