We use the tools of synthetic organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and chemical biology, and utilizes computational simulations of small molecule-protein interactions to design potent, selective small molecule with drug-like properties in drug discovery that include but are not limited to: Pre-clinical candidate selection ADME and PK-driven lead optimization Hit-to-lead progression • Current work focuses on the development of IND safety assessment candidates that inhibit the transcriptional kinases CDK12/13 via unrelated HTS screening campaign from Scripp’s library of kinase inhibitors. Clear understanding of structure-activity relationship (SAR) and structure-property relationship (SPR).
