With over two decades of experience as a senior program manager, I lead large-scale and complex projects that transform business and technology solutions in various industries. Currently, at the Comcast Cloud Technologies organization (CCT), I work in the development, delivery, and operation of cloud technologies and services and play a pivotal role in digitally transforming Comcast\'s Cloud Infrastructure. In the past I managed the development and delivery of the XRE UI Framework and X1 Guide, the modern user interface software that won Comcast an Emmy Award in Outstanding Achievement in Interactive Media: User Experience and Visual Design.As a certified scrum master, TOGAF professional, and MBA graduate, I coach agile principles to over 80 resources across multiple locations, direct project teams consisting of engineers, developers, analysts, and vendors, and ensure the consistent application of scrum methodologies across the enterprise. I also architect and model core business and technology solutions, aligning them with strategic goals and driving process improvements and bottom-line gains. My mission is to deliver high-quality and fast-tracked projects that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
