Founded in 2021, ArtComm Equity is a real estate-focused, private equity firm based in Houston, TX. We specialize in multifamily assets but plan to expand into other asset classes as the market shapes opportunities.The company is founded and led by Jeff Jenkins, a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate investor since 2011, having grown a few hospitality companies from the ground up. While Jeff has a hospitality background, he has had incredible success in the real estate market. He began real estate investing in 2011 and did extremely well in the single family sector. Now, he is shifting full-gear into multifamily assets and expanding their hospitality portfolio. Our investing philosophy is cash flow first. All investments need to produce cash flow, or passive income, for investors. That being said, returning original invested capital as fast as possible is the ultimate goal. As investors, the faster we can add value, then realize and reinvest that value, the faster we can grow our net worth, thus cash flow, or passive income.
