As a Certified Career Counsellor & Program Associate with the Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, State PMU, Government of Tamil Nadu, I assist in managing the Career Guidance program, monitoring it, and reporting on policy-level decisions.• Implementing Career Guidance across 38 districts, focusing on Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare schools i.e, targeting SC & ST student population.• Reaching 134 higher secondary schools, serving students annually. • Supporting student admissions to premier institutions (e.g, NIFT Bangalore, IIT Madras, TNNLU Trichy, etc.) via JEE, NEET, CLAT, NIFT, and CUET, partnering with NGOs/ NGIs. • Organizing regular academic and well-being training for BT, PG, and CG teachers throughout the academic year. • Leading \'En Kalloori Kanavu\' a career guidance workshop, under \'Naan Mudhalvan Scheme,\' and guided 12th graders across 38 districts over two years.• Sharing quantitative and qualitative data analyses of the various interventions with the Secretary, the Directors, and the officials for effective policy-level decision-making.
