Hotel project - Abu Dhabi Responsibilities:• Responsible for T&C witnessing of HT, LT, ELV system, HVAC TAB and Firefighting• Responsible for stabling Testing & commissioning process, review and develop the commissioning plan and functional test procedure.• Reviewing the drawing and sequence as per MS with building codes to plan and schedule and site activities.• Responsible for checking the Quality assurance and documents preparation, testing and inspection.• Responsible for all the IR’s and MIR for the electrical works and equipments respectively.• Checking for all quality related procedure as per approved ITP and method statement.• Reporting to the higher management for the end user operator with simplified project progress report.• Ensure the application of project specification and standards.• Conduct weekly progress and update meeting with sub-contractor• Prepare weekly reports for quality issues, NCR, IRE tracking log.• Leading subcontractors on system handing over and documentations.• Prepare the onsite Snagging and closing the Sang with contractor.• Reviewing and closing out of documentation such as IRE, as built drawing
