I started my practice in the year 2004 for rendering Secretarial, Management, Financial and Corporate Legal consultancy services relevant to the companies and other organizations. I have got adequate experience in dealing with company law matters, getting approvals and registrations with various governmental, statutory and administrative authorities like, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Law Board, Reserve Bank of India, Stock Exchanges, Security Exchange Board of India, Secretariat for Industrial Assistance, Foreign Investment Promotion Board, Software Technology Park of India and so on.I am a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having 8 years post qualification experience in the field of secretarial, accounts, finance, administration, taxation and corporate legal. I am also equipped (part time and full time) with 3 professional colleagues (one is qualified corporate lawyer, and another two semi-qualified Company Secretaries) with adequate computer savvy.
