I’m an HR professional who’s passionate about building great employee experiences and making workplaces feel welcoming, fair, and efficient.Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to manage everything from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews and exit processes—across regions like India, Singapore, Indonesia, the US, UK, and Thailand. Whether it’s rolling out offer letters, helping someone settle into their new role, or guiding them through their growth journey, I enjoy being part of the full employee lifecycle.I handle day-to-day HR operations like payroll, benefits enrollment, leave management, and making sure we stay compliant with all the labor laws and company policies. I also believe in creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work—so I organize training programs, skill-building sessions, employee engagement activities, and yes, even Fun Fridays! To stay in touch with how people are feeling, I regularly run surveys and host skip-level meetings to gather honest feedback and ideas. I also support teams through conflict resolution, grievances, and smooth exits when it’s time for someone to move on.Beyond people-related work, I keep an eye on HR metrics and data to help leadership make informed decisions. I also coordinate with IT for things like ID creation, asset management, and ensuring employee data stays secure.I genuinely enjoy creating a positive and supportive environment for teams and learning something new every step of the way.
