Handle invoice processing for 15 entities in Oracle application. Successfully transitioned I-Expense process through desk top training. Working on Urgent invoices which are received through email and arrange them for same day payment. Monthly calls with location managers to resolve Holds and solving Customer queries. Handling the team and ensuring that all SLAs are met as per the specification laid down. Reporting metrics at the month end on the SLAs to the Leadership team. Solving the queries of both customer and internal customers like payment status of invoices, expenses etc. Preparing various reports pertaining to process and doing aging analysis of Queue Involved in month end activities like closing and opening of books. Run weekly reports like ‘Po mismatch report’, which give the exact invoices (on hold like price, quantity received/ordered) which will be sent to buyers for all 15 entities Audit all invoices processed by team to ensure processed invoices are in compliance with business Training the new joinees on the process as a Part-time Trainer. As well as helping out peers in resolving issues
