ABOUT PAULA LOUISE DIXON

I co-founded ThinkND: Inclusive Solutions because I kept seeing the same thing happen. Organisations wanted to do right by their neurodivergent people. They ran a training session. They wrote a policy. And then nothing really changed. Real neuroinclusion requires strategy, leadership capability, culture change and individual support working together. That is what ThinkND is built to do. ThinkND is a neuroinclusion consultancy helping organisations move beyond awareness into embedded, sustainable practice. As UKRI-funded research partners through the Yorkshire Policy Innovation Partnership, our work is grounded in current evidence on neuroinclusive employment, not practitioner opinion alone. I bring my own lived experience of neurodivergence to this work. Not as a badge, but because it means I understand what it feels like to navigate workplaces that were not built with you in mind. That understanding is always in the room. As a Business and Coaching Psychologist working toward BPS Chartership, I take a pracademic approach, integrating research with practice. My coaching is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Self-Determination Theory, working with neurodivergent professionals, founders, female leaders and executives. Alongside ThinkND, I run Hazon Consulting, a psychology-led consultancy with over 15 years of deep roots in the charity and values-led sector. I have been a trustee at Mind, delivered leadership research with Rogare, and worked with organisations including RNIB, Sue Ryder, Simon on the Streets, St Gemma\'s Hospice and The Young Foundation. I understand what it means to lead when resources are stretched, stakeholders are complex and the mission is everything. That is what founders, leaders and values-led organisations carry, and it is what Hazon is designed to support. I am also a founder myself. I know what it is like to hold strategy, people, motivation and self-doubt at the same time. That experience informs how I work with founders and business owners. I do not just coach them through frameworks. I understand the context they are operating in. If you are thinking about neuroinclusion in your organisation, or looking for psychology-led support for your leadership or culture, start at thinknd.co.uk or connect with me here.
