I am a commercial leader, behavioural scientist and business advisor who has worked with several FTSE100, AIM-listed, charity and SME boards to help them develop customer-centric, digitally driven, continuous improvement cultures. I have a reputation for thinking differently and positively challenging the status quo, with an independent, unbiased, outside-in view that enriches board discussions and decisions.As a consultant I have advised on several successful acquisitions in Travel Insurance, PR software and Environmental Services, I have developed new market entry strategies in Life Sciences, Temporary Power, Collision Software, and Building Products and I have led the customer journey digitisation of UK operations in Parcels, Hire, HVAC and Financial Services.I currently work with a portfolio of individuals and companies helping them develop resilient commercial mindsets. I’m a trustee and non-exec director with a Cumbrian based Hospice where I chair their finance and income generation committee and have previously chaired Alliance Manchester Business School’s North West Alumni Group.
