I’m an IT administrator for our Systems Administration team. I help manage and support our internal systems, on-prem and cloud applications and hardware that keep Critical Mass operating. My team’s responsibilities cover a wide range of needs to support our various networks and departments, ranging from hardware asset management to account creation and email/application support. Essentially, our work is to make sure everyone else can do their best work.I manage support across all CM offices worldwide but primarily in Calgary. My current role at CM requires me to be the hub for 7 other techs at CM. Together we work to provide the best support possible for Critical Mass.

I have been in the IT industry for over 10 years and love what I do for a living. Recently joined the Omnicom Precision Marketing Group (Critical Mass is an agency under OPMG) and travel globally to all their offices. I\'m a highly motivated, customer concentrating, technology loving professional. I\'m focused on empowering end-users to get the most out of their technology by creating a problem free computing environment. I have taken every opportunity to learn new technologies whenever possible, because I believe people should never stop learning. My background has been diversified enough that I can usually guide my team in the right direction.
