As a senior talent acquisition expert with over 15 years’ experience across global financial services and infrastructure investment, I specialise in adding talent to high-performing teams and shaping strategic hiring initiatives that align with business growth. At InfraRed Capital Partners, I lead end-to-end hiring for senior and specialist roles across Europe and the US partnering closely with leadership and managers to define a talent sourcing strategy, enhance candidate experience, and support the business with attracting the best talent. More recently, I\'ve championed emerging talent initiatives by delivering an internship program which will enter it\'s fourth successful year in 2026, including running two graduate career events for InfraRed.My career spans in-house and search roles at firms including HSBC, Jefferies and Wells Fargo which has given me a deep understanding of both the internal dynamics of global organisations and the external market landscape.
