What if I fall?\"\"Yes, but… what if you fly?\" In 2022, I had everything I thought I wanted. A successful IT career. Leading large-scale AI and transformation projects. A promotion to Managing Consultant. A steady income. Security. But deep down, I knew: I want to create more impact on peoples lives. Over the years, working at the intersection of digitalization and change, I saw one thing clearly: Innovation doesn’t fail because of tech. It fails because of fear. Because of miscommunication. Because of people. So I jumped. I left the corporate world and founded my first coaching company, Growpany, with one clear mission: – To help leaders raise their consciousness and lead with clarity, courage, and empathy. – To turn humanness into a superpower – in an age shaped by AI and machines. – To empower change-makers and other female founders to fully own their greatness by empowering their brains. 🧠 Hi, I’m Thila.
