Set up transport budgets in tendering phases (ITO) to enable GE to win new contracts. Launch calls for tenders (up to 10 M€ per project) and negotiate with the suppliers to obtain the most suitable offers in line with the Project budget. Charter suitable vessels (CTV, W2W, J-U) to support the offshore activities. Manage from A to Z the logistics of numerous projects in Europe, Near East and Africa: selection of providers, contracts management, bookings, budget follow-up, negotiation of claims and approval of invoices. Organise the transport of Power Transformers (up to 355 Tons) by road and by sea from production plants to construction sites. Bring constant support and advice to Project Managers to ensure the timely success of the projects.
