REKRUTOR is a digital platform for connecting companies looking for skills needed for their critical business projects, with freelances. The plateform provide a set of collaborative services to make the connection simple and efficient. Recruiters have 3 communication channels to get in touch with Freelances, telephone, e-mail and chat. On top of that there is two smart search engines to quickly find out experts. The first one the Rocket Search which works with keywords and returns search results sorted by relevance. The second is the Tunning search which meanwhile allows to refine searches with filters. The two motors are interconnected and allow to switch easily from on to the other. Recruiters have the option of posting assignments on the Job Board. The jobs posts will be broadcasted to the whole community of Freelance. This option gives the capability to Freelancers to apply directly online.
