The Data Science team is focused on five main products/features within Turo- Risk: we create ML based underwriting models (risk scoring) based on accidents likelihood, expected severity and expected collection. We also develop and maintain live fraud detection models- Marketing: we build predictions of users Life Time Value (Activation, Value from Activation, Churn) that are leveraged by the Marketing team, to estimate the Marketing Channels ROI- Product experience: we develop Turo\'s recommendation engine, and work on improving the Search Rank feature- Pricing: building Turo\'s automatic pricing model, recommending best prices for hosts, depending on market dynamics (Supply/Demand forecasts) and vehicle characteristics- Experimentation: developing and maintaining Turo\'s experimentation platform (AB testing, CausalImpact)
