ABOUT THIBAUT GRIBELIN
I am an insurance recovery lawyer whose practice focuses on managing and defending claims on behalf of policyholders. I have developed a strong experience in claim management and optimization of communications with insurers until coverage is granted. From the outset of a loss, I assist clients with insurance policy analysis, team coordination, appointment of technical experts or loss adjusters, and eventually negotiations on coverage.As insurance recovery litigator, I assist policyholders under a broad range of insurance policies such as fraud, cyber risks, product recall/liability, property damage, business interruption, and professional liability. More recently, we have started acting on behalf of crypto-assets holders claiming coverage against insurers covering blockchain related risks.During the course of my career, I have built a strong understanding in the banking industry and I am representing banks, financial institutions, and traders seeking coverage under banker’s blanket bond, political risks, and marine policies.
