Enerloop est un bureau d’études spécialisé en photovoltaïque, intervenant sur tous types de projets (centrales au sol, toitures, ombrières) et sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des centrales, de la conception à la mise en service. Sa particularité réside dans son expertise terrain pour garantir la conformité et la performance des installations, ainsi que dans sa maîtrise des solutions de stockage (batteries, piles à combustible) pour optimiser l’intégration des énergies renouvelables.PRINCIPALES MISSIONS : Production de livrables pour la MOE- Réalisation d’études de faisabilité et de dimensionnement de centrales photovoltaïques (modélisation 3D, étude de gisement et productible, simulation d’autoconsommation collective/individuelle, business plan)- Conception et analyse de projets en phase APS/APD et PRO (choix des configurations : taille, structure, onduleurs, optimiseurs, stockage)- Collaboration avec les équipes techniques pour l’optimisation des installations solaires- Veille technologique et réglementaire du secteur. Pilotage d’affaires- Développement commercial : prospection, élaboration d’offres, négociation et contractualisation- Études techniques et chiffrage des missions MOE- Gestion et suivi de projet : animation de réunions, étude des besoins, planification des jalons, suivi des livrables, reporting via ERP Odoo. Visites techniques & diagnostic- Application des réglementations et normes en vigueur (PV S21, APSAP D20, PV C15-712, C15-100)- Analyse des données, identification des problèmes et proposition de solutions- Rédaction de rapports et mémoires techniques détaillés- Analyse des risques liés aux installations. A Passion for Energy and Innovation From the very beginning of my journey, I have been driven by a fundamental question: how can we optimize our energy systems for a more sustainable future? This pursuit led me to specialize in energy project management and industrial system optimization. My path has been shaped by hands-on experience in photovoltaic power plants, where I learned to analyze performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement concrete solutions. Witnessing the direct impact of these improvements on system efficiency reinforced my belief that the energy transition relies not only on technical innovation but also on a rigorous and methodical approach. Bridging Technology and Project Management Working in this field has taught me that beyond technical expertise, project management is a key skill. I have had the opportunity to contribute to the development of photovoltaic power plants, from preparing regulatory documents to coordinating with officials, contractors, and technicians. Each project is a unique challenge where collaboration is essential to turn a vision into reality. My training has also equipped me with advanced skills in thermal modeling (Pléiades), energy auditing (BAO Evolution), and photovoltaic system design (PVsyst). These tools have become invaluable assets in making informed decisions and optimizing energy performance. 🤝 People at the Heart of Every Project But what excites me the most is the human aspect of projects. Through my involvement in student associations, I have managed budgets, developed communication strategies, and negotiated partnerships. These experiences have taught me that the success of a project is not just about numbers and data—it also depends on the ability to bring people together and unite teams around a shared vision. A Future Focused on Sustainable Innovation Today, my goal is clear: to leverage my technical and interpersonal skills to actively contribute to innovative and sustainable projects in the field of renewable energy and industrial management.
