Strategy & Business Operations Lead for Meta\'s Global Business group in EMEA, leveraging problem solving and data analysis to support senior leadership in their decision making and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to drive the long-term strategy of the company and address short-term opportunities. • Own business review cadence including forecasting, analysis of performance trends and drivers, target setting, annual planning and long-range planning, and drive continuous improvement through the identification, development and maintenance of key performance indicators • Lead the reorganisation of a 40+ people team through the analysis of historical performance trends and qualitative and quantitative metrics and drove the reshaping of the long-term strategy, people performance metrics and expectations and training & personal development plan • Partner with business leaders in defining the annual strategy and driving quarterly business planning based on a strong understanding of industry trends and internal and environmental risks and opportunities, and involving resourcing, people, talent, process and tooling dimensions • Managing a team of 6 on a 24-month EMEA-wide initiative involving 30+ collaborators across 10+ cross-functional teams and regional business leadership and aiming at reshaping the way the company works across client-facing and cross-functional teams • Leading the EMEA rollout of a Global strategic priority involving educating and coordinating insights and feedback across 10+ client-facing teams, identifying and developing performance metrics, and building dashboards and resources to maximise the efficiency of the rollout • Mentoring 2 associates in their personal and professional development including setting goals and expectations and enabling them to meet and beat those goals with guidance and direction
