   Based in a manufacturing plant with 300+ employees and 200+ machines, supplying both internal and external customers, including on-site storage. Ensure full OSHA compliance (annual OSHA log, workplace posting, training, medical surveillance, industrial health survey, etc.). Ensure full EPA compliance (air permit, air emissions control, quantity generator category, water permit, SPCC, TIER II, TRI, Form R, etc.). Lead ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO Drive CO₂ reduction (scope 1, scope 2, and scope 3). Ensure EHS and CO₂ compliance with the Forvia Excellence System (FES). Manage all EHSS (Environmental/Energy, Health, Safety/Security, and Sustainability) reporting. Conduct and coordinate internal and external audits. Perform risk assessments, implement mitigation actions, and drive continuous improvement in safety, health, environment, energy, and security. Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employees. Lead and manage monthly sustainability initiatives (food drive, toy drive, clothes drive, clean-up days, employee recognition, etc.), supporting Forvia Group CSR objectives. Act as the Plant Security Lead, managing visitor registration, badge access systems, CCTV, and site security standards. Maintain internal benchmarking and best practice sharing with Forvia Group
