Senior statutory auditor position- Recurring internal training - Recurring client communication in french and in english (CAC40 multinational company and public sector in health care sector, and other companies in the transportation and retail sectors)- Set up of statutory audit missions in relation with the client and the audit team(s)- Team management in french and in english (team leader: coaching and follow-up of team members (interns and juniors), sharing of information and specific situations to the managers and partners in charge)- Fulfillment of statutory audit tasks: 1) Review of internal control (risks and controls approach, compliance with SOA norms in the context of a listed group in the US) 2) Review of financial statements at fiscal closing date and execution of statutory audit diligences in french and in english, requiring to:* perform an analytical review of accounting and management data of the year,* identify and investigate inconsistencies and unusual data,* perform additional procedures such as contracts review (acquisitions, disposals, client contracts, etc.), a review of the impacts due to change in accounting standards (IFRS, French GAAP, M21, etc.), or a review of financial impacts due to a non recurring event such as 2020 sanitary crisis, etc. 3) Communication of identified inconsistencies to the client in french and in english (internal control recommendations, audit adjustments, etc.)
