Consumer insights and Media Researcher professional with experience working with media in worldwide advertising agencies and using syndicated and single search cross tab software. Accountable for some of the steps in the media process from receiving and refining the brief, to the delivery of actionable data intelligence insights within advertising agencies. These include market and audience reports, competitive intelligence, consumer insights studies such as brand personas, consumer journey, social listening, cluster and correspondence analysis. I’m an expert in identifying the best target audience to reach in an advertising campaign and the most effective touch points to reach them. Responsible for building databases with the use of advanced formulas on Microsoft Excel and pivot tables and pivot charts. Also, responsible to translate cold data into actionable insights on effective and beautiful Power Point and Keynote presentations. In depth knowledge and ability to communicate within the inter-department agency ecosystem, liaising with creative teams, media teams, strategic planning, media representatives, research institutes, content producers and clients. Deep knowledge of research tools such as Clear Decisions (Vividata and Numeris) Pelmorex, Environics Analytics, COMMB, Nielsen Numerator, Comspoint Journey, Target Group Index, Facebook Insights, Naveeg, Social Bakers, Ipsos Tom Micro among others. I’m a very curious observer with trained eyes for details and ability to see life in data, figures and charts and this is how I can contribute and make a difference.
