About Thiago Ferronato

While working (10+ years) with production process and project management in some multinational companies as Sony, Ford, General Motors and Amazon, I have acquired solid knowledge in process optimization (Kaizen, Six Sigma and Opex methodologies) and have been leading Engineering teams to design, install and maintain production lines for manufacturing electronic devices and vehicles as well as launching new products into the market. I have also worked with Procurement and Supply Chain, managing non-inventory and reusables and designing and launching a new concept of goods transporting that brought savings around USD 10 Mi in BR network and it is being exported to Mexico and USA. After living in 3 different countries and 10 different cities along the last 17 years I had the opportunity to know other cultures and lifestyles. This life experiences were also worth on developing skills to overcome difficulties and to be more confident and independent.
