ABOUT THIAGO C.

As a Project Manager at CESAR, I am responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software projects within scope, time, cost, and quality expectations. I have over two years of experience in leading and coaching agile teams of over 30 people, using frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Actionable Agile. I also monitor and report the budget of projects, plan and participate in the onboarding of newcomers, and conduct periodic feedback to project leaders. My mission is to provide a comfortable and organized work environment for my team through agile methodologies, inspiring and motivating them to create high-value increments for our customers. I have a background in software engineering, with more than six years of experience in developing and testing software with high standards, especially in the areas of embedded systems and quality assurance. I have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science and a Specialization in Smart Web Solutions and Services. I also hold several agile certifications, such as SSM (SAFe), PSM II, PSPO I, among others. I am passionate about statistics, metrics, and agile transformation.
