I keep loans healthy and exam-ready by pairing disciplined financial analysis (DSCR/LTV/debt yield, stress tests) with tight covenant tracking, clear borrower communication, and organized documentation.Responsibilities- Monitor performance of a commercial real estate loan book; maintain up-to-date risk ratings and watchlist notes- Financial analysis: review borrower financials, property T-12s and rent rolls; calculate DSCR, LTV, NOI, debt yield; perform variance and trend analysis; run sensitivity/stress tests on rates, occupancy, and expenses; refresh cash-flow assumptions as conditions change- Track and enforce covenants (reporting, DSCR, LTV) and follow up on deliverables; document waivers/amendments as needed- Prepare concise credit/portfolio memos (renewals, modifications, extensions) with updated metrics, collateral status, and risk rationale- Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Credit, Loan Ops, and borrowers to keep funding, compliance, and documentation on time- Maintain clean files and portfolio dashboards so audits/exams have complete, well-indexed support- Contribute to portfolio reporting (exposure, concentrations, maturities, pipeline status) and identify emerging risks early.
