ABOUT BEN DAVIES
I’ve been a Co-Founder, Non-Exec Board Director, Governor, Managing Director, Creative Director and a hands-on Designer and Artist.I bring my hybrid skills, experience and presence to people and organisations who are striving to create meaningful impact.I work to support this in a variety of ways, including coaching, mentoring and consultancy – and sometimes a balance of all three.I always seek to curate or co-create equitable and inclusive spaces of energy, curiosity and creativity.I have significant experience in navigating through the challenging forces of creativity, innovation, commerciality and delivery. I believe that when an organisation focusses on culture and relationships, then great work, a thriving creative environment, and ultimately success – in whatever way that is sought – can follow.I specialise in turning complexity to clarity, in instigating and leading rapid iteration of ideas, strategy, and delivery, with a detailed design-led focus. I have worked with clients across the UK, US and beyond, including architects, super-chefs, festivals, start-ups, TV/entertainment brands, property developers and marketing teams. Initially schooled in architecture, I later co-founded The Neighbourhood, leading the business as MD and Creative Partner for nearly 12 years. I aim to bring energy, creativity and integrity to all my work.
