I spent nearly two decades in cybersecurity before it was a boardroom priority — starting in uniform supporting Air Force Special Operations, then building enterprise relationships at Insight, then managing a $3M+ book at Swimlane with a 95% renewal rate and 90-100% quarterly QBR completion. Now I\'m channeling that technical depth and relationship foundation into a new chapter at ISSI — where I work at the intersection of strategic alliances and digital marketing, helping cloud partners earn and protect their AWS, Microsoft, and Google certifications. I\'ve always believed the best customer relationships aren\'t managed — they\'re built.
