WHO I AMI’m a husband, dad of three young boys, and founder of Unity Guides. My mission is simple: help Visionaries and Integrators build healthier partnerships so their companies scale - without costing them their families, or their sanity.For 17 years, I’ve worked alongside 12+ Visionaries in a variety of industries. I’ve also served as a pastor for 7 years, giving me a front-row seat to the human side of leadership - the pride, the blind spots, and the breakthroughs.
