About Tod Esquivel
Own and Manage over 35 Fitness Companies in Indianapolis and Training one on one clients and group fitness boot camp classes in Central Indiana, Marion County, Boone County, Hamilton County, Hancock County, Shelby County, Johnson County, Morgan County and Hendricks County! I have been doing this since 2006 and like training all types of people and love seeing their potential and maxing out their full potential! We have fun training clients and boot campers and our clients and boot campers have fun working out hard getting in great shape, losing some unwanted weight, reduced inches, getting off medications, reducing their medication intake, sleeping better, feeling better about themselves on the inside and outside! We work with with all sizes of people, all fitness levels from beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness level! We also work with all ages, Youth, Moms, Dads, Seniors, Singles, Brides, Grooms, Models, EMT\'s, Firefighters, Police Officers and Long Distance Runners training for anything from the 5-k up to the Marathon! Our Mobile Personal Training can be done in the privacy of your home, at your office/work place or our home studio! Corporate Fitness consists of coming to your onsite work environment for group training, personal training and any individual and group long distance running program from the 5k to the marathon distance. We also work with anybody who has joint issues of back, wrist, ankle, shoulder, knee, food, neck,etc and meet them halfway with exercise modifcations and exercise alternatives so you can work out with more comfort!
