Working closely with Business owners to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies, supporting them with making the right decisions, following the recruitment process and encouraging best practice to ensure excellent candidate experience.Writing creative adverts to different target audiences and designing job descriptions.Manage all talent acquisition efforts with candidates through online channels (e.g, social platforms, CV searches and professional networks), posting adverts on job boards, screening, scheduling interviews and making offers for assigned roles.Continuously monitor and look for ways to enhance the recruitment process to drive improvements and optimise hiring outcomes, e.g. by reviewing feedback from monthly recruitment surveys and researching techniques used by other companies to attract talent.Create an annual plan of target activities for recruitment, including attendance at jobs fairs and other relevant external events.Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement. In conjunction with Indeed insights and liaising with our Indeed account manager on a weekly basis, keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).Preparing reports on the success of recruitment campaigns and identifying opportunities for cost saving measures.
