With over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, I have successfully taken on roles such as architect, technical lead, engineering manager, and systems engineer. My expertise encompasses all facets of cutting-edge storage solutions, including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and customer advocacy. I have worked in almost all areas of the storage domain with a recent focus on unstructured data (File) where I have worked in all areas of the product like file system development, platform, high-availability, manageability, hybrid cloud enablement, tiering, compliance, software-defined storage, and performance sizing.In my current assignment which has lasted about 3 years, I have primarily been responsible for the architecture for a new product line for the storage BU - GreenLake for File that has been co-developed with a partner. I am responsible for the architecture of the Hybrid Cloud manageability services and the common hardware platform integration with the file services. In the three years, I have come out with two flavors of the product (standard and high density) which are both on different hardware platforms. In over 1.5 years since the introduction of the product, it is now seeing huge demand as more customers are moving towards high performance scale out unstructured data platforms to drive their AI/ML workloads. Before this, I was responsible for the architecture of multiple product lines, like unified file storage that have generated millions of dollars in revenue. I have cultivated strong partnerships with external organizations and collaborated with hardware, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams to build products from the ground up and ensuring successful new product introductions to the market. My strategic focus and cross-functional teamwork have led to the launch of industry-leading products that drive critical business growth.My commitment to innovation is underscored by my several granted patents (8 USPTO grants and many in the pipeline) and my deep passion for building an innovation pipeline that aligns with product roadmap and business priorities. By effectively navigating complex partnerships and aligning teams toward common objectives, I have accelerated time-to-market and consistently exceeded customer expectations. Furthermore, my efforts in developing intellectual property have added significant strategic value, fostering continuous innovation and growth within the organization.
