Allison also founded The Franklin Shops, a retail incubator in Fort Myers with over 150 tenants.Her innovative approach addresses complex issues beyond traditional leasing, from introducing coworking in underutilized spaces to converting anchor stores and blank walls into inviting storefronts. This work continues to reshape retail spaces into vibrant destinations for consumers, retailers, and property owners.
