Flight Operations Support A Conduct regular assessment of filed vs. actual flight levels flown to identify additional fuel consumption and optimize operations. Monitor CDR flight folders to ensure adherence to AUP and other regulatory requirements. Evaluate reports of call sign confusion and implement timely mitigation strategies to ensure safety and clarity. Track and review Safety Risk Assessments, ensuring timely follow-up actions for compliance and hazard mitigation. Weekly updates on NOTAMs and periodic reviews of AIP supplements for actionable changes, amendments, and portal updates. Analyze reasons behind flight diversions and recommend remedial measures to minimize future occurrences. Liaise with airport authorities for approvals and efficient management of training and non-scheduled flights. Review Jeppesen, NavBlue, IGO, and Defense charts to maintain operational accuracy and relevance. Engage with AAI, Air Force, and Naval authorities to optimize airspace utilization and enhance operational efficiency. Prepare briefs for pilots and dispatchers on procedural changes, potential hazards, and mitigations for safe operations. Develop feasibility and safety risk assessments for new and existing airports, maintaining a detailed hazard register for compliance. Represent in ATC, safety, FOPC, and ROC meetings to align operations with regulatory and operational goals. Upload and manage CATFM data to enhance operational transparency and efficiency. Conduct training sessions for flight dispatchers and pilots on navigation, route planning, and safety procedures. Monitor overflight applications, validate invoices, and ensure compliance with local regulations to optimize costs. Build tools to address day-to-day navigation challenges, including real-time ATM constraints. Evaluate scheduled and budgeted operations for efficiency, including cost-effective route development and environmental impact reduction.
