WHAT I DO: I am a student at MTSU, who is majoring in business and also provides some of the best customer service to customers, while maintaining the money too.HOW I DO IT: I lead a group of cashiers at my job, Academy Sports & Outdoors. I am a lead cashier in my group, making sure they are trained to provide only the best customer service. I show them different strategies and tips them on how to do better after every customer.WHY IT MATTERS: Customer service and money management are two key skills in the world. The best way to obtain those great skills is through retail, especially at Academy Sports. Academy Sports not only sets me up the best for my future career but it provides me with experience, especially when it means improving my people and customer service skills.WHY YOU SHOULD CALL ME: I only have 3 years of working at Academy Sports & Outdoors, while 4 years of being at MTSU, studying business. MTSU and Academy is the best combination of skills that provides students and future workers with only the best and most productivity on day one. OUTSIDE OF WORK: I spend my time investing in my workouts, my family, my friends, and my community, cooking, and self-improving myself so I can be successful in the future.
