   With over ten years in the Bing Ads search advertising platform, I have played multiple roles across the various feature stacks. I have managed feature teams of up to sixty people consisting of developers, data scientists, UX, UA and globalization. Led GTM efforts with marketing, sales, support and channel partners. I have also recruited, built and managed PM teams, and mentored high-performance feature teams able to deliver iteratively with exceptional innovation, agility and quality. Currently managing a team of ten product managers.
