Most customers\' parts require close tolerance and CNC trimming for a precise, consistent fit. Profile Plastics has established a reputation as an industry leader in expanding the viability of the thermoforming processes through value-added engineering. Having the engineering capabilities to work with our customers and provide the assistance and guidance required to develop a product under strict deadlines. We maintain a state-of-the-art facility that includes 13+ forming machines and 16+(5 & 6-axis) CNC trimming machines. This allows for a broad range of product requirements and, more importantly, production flexibility. Utilizing leading-edge technologies to control forming and CNC trimming machines, Profile Plastics has developed highly repetitive thermoforming processes to support high volume, close tolerance, and high-value production.
