Spending the first half of his working life within various construction fields, Grayson Richie has never been adverse to the heat of a challenge. Through those years he developed the keen sense of hard work and discipline that it takes in order to not just survive in the industry, but to thrive in it. It was during these years that he also first start developing his leadership and communication skills out in the field. Leading teams to effectively, efficiently, and safely complete jobs on time. As the years went on he began to see a lot of the disparities within construction as a whole. From the rampantly growing drug and alchohol problems amongst tradesmen. To the lack respect and mistreatment of the tradesmen by management, or even the everyday person. So he stepped away from construction as a tradesmen, and became a Realtor in South Florida. It was his time as a realtor that he began to discover his enjoyment and drive to help others. To be able to help families find their forever homes to build memories in. Or to assist the investors who\'s biggest desires were to create abundance for their families and businesses through wealth generation. He was able to combine his collective knowldge and experience in construction with his desire to help. Even with $3.4m in sales over the years, there always seemed to be something off as his business grew. He loved helping people, but he desired more impact to be made. The answer was simple.
