Gathering all onboarding requirements, handling and collecting Major Accounts/National Accounts and SBS tax and bank forms to help set up and lead them through their purchase of ADP software. Cultivating strong relationships with sales and clients while managing client expectations, internal communications and customer success while also managing the accounts after onboarding is complete.
